Twyford Karate Academy is committed

Twyford Karate Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This means that we have a Safeguarding Policy and procedures in place.

In 2020 the club obtained the Safeguargding Code "Mark".

Sometimes we may need to share information and work in partnership with other agencies, where there are concerns about a persons's welfare.

If you are concerned about someone's welfare, please record your concern, and any observations or conversations heard, and report to the Designated Safeguarding Lead or Club Welfare Officer as soon as possible on the same day.
